Dear blog owner,
I agreed that at cendana there's vandalisme and improper civic minded among tenants.
Previously I was from other area,shifted here at cendana since last december,however,I agreed that all of this small and irrelevant matters could be solved according(ie:-vandalisme on lifts,or notice board).
There's no point of hiring GUARDS Or building a guardhouse if they can't prevent such incident.
I really hope U can look into this really serious matters which could effected all of us especially when it comes to safety.

Sukacita saya maklumkan disini dari apa yang saya difahamkan, pengawal yang berada di pondok pengawal bukanlah tugas mereka mengawal persekitaran dan keselamatan penduduk. Sebaliknya tugas mereka hanyalah menjadi barang-barang dan harta pihak pemaju.
Dari itu, ini lah kesannya. mengawal salah-laku dan vendalism bukanlah merupakan tugas mereka. Dari apa yang difahamkan ini memang telah tercatat didalam perjanjian Jual-beli.
